A completely unique chef's table experience where John talks you through every dish and keeps you entertained for the night. Nearly all ingredients are locally sourced and you sit at his kitchen island table (max 14 guests per night). The menu changes constantly for what's seasonal or what he wants to try - we got bbq. Definitely one to try if you can get tickets/ a booking.

What an experience! We did the BBQ night with John. The food was absolutely amazing. I think it was the best steak I ever had. Everything served in the night was a 10/10. John is so sound and such good craic. Loved the way we were talked through all the food preparation and cooking, and he was happy to answer any of our questions. Definitely a hidden gem and a must try! Although it is expensive, it is 100% worth it. It’s BYOB which I also loved. Can’t wait to go back.
